It is with some sadness that 2018 marks the end of a range of products that LGM has been selling for nearly 30 years. We have been informed that Stahl has discontinued the C+S Yodalarm Industrial and Intrinsically Safe ranges.
The factory is withdrawing this range due to aging tooling which they have decided not to replace. The discontinued lines include any sounder, beacon or combination unit whose description begins with:
- Sounders – YA30, YA40, YA50, YA80
- Beacons – FL40, SD40, FD40, DB40, QB40
- Combination units – YL20, YL40, YL50, YL80, YL8S
- Intrinsically safe units – YO3IS, YO4IS, YO5IS, SD40IS, FD40IS, YL4IS, YL5IS
Unfortunately, no warning was given to this product withdrawal and as a result we have not been able to offer a last time buy opportunity.
However, we are of the understanding there is a limited quantity of stock available. Once this stock is sold the products listed above will be obsolete. Therefore, if you have any upcoming or ongoing requirements for any of the above products please contact our sales department immediately to secure the available stock.
