LGM remains Globally Certified to ISO9001:2015

The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) standards is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service. Over one million organisations worldwide are independently certified, making ISO 9001 one of the most widely used management tools in the world today.

LGM is proud to remain part of that club as we have successful passed our third party audit; meaning we are now approved for a further 3 years.

Our decision to persist with this accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent service to our clients and our ongoing investment in technology, development and processes and procedures.

For LGM the ISO9001:2015 certification goes far beyond meeting customer requirements and quality management. Our management systems helps to enhance professionalism of LGM business operations and provide a culture of exceeding expectations. Which is why we were particularly pleased with the auditing officers report remark that ‘The organisation have excellent training plans in place for new starters. The system for stock control and goods in and out is very well managed and organised’.
