Rack it up; LGM Products invests in new racking system!

LGM Products, a specialist fire detection, signalling and safety products supplier, is pleased to announce a significant investment in a new state-of-the-art racking system for their warehouse facility.

Since moving to Church Crockham in 2023 LGM Products have continually invested in advancements with our warehouse, fulfilment and despatch capabilities. The new racking system is the biggest investment yet.

This strategic upgrade is set to substantially increase storage capacity, allowing the company to fulfill more orders directly and efficiently.

The new racking system is designed to maximize vertical space, enabling better organization and storage of products. By implementing this advanced system, LGM Products aims to enhance inventory management, reduce lead times, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

LGM Products’ operation director Sophie Mogford-Revess, stated, “Our investment in this new racking system underscores our commitment to meeting the growing demands of our customers. With the increased capacity, we can handle a larger volume of orders and ensure faster delivery times, reinforcing our position as a market leader in the products we supply such as Linear Heat Detection, hazardous areas and marine fire detection systems.”

The installation of the racking system was installed a cross 3 days at the begining of July. Completion is expected to be by the end of July, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

In addition to increasing warehouse capacity, LGM Products is also expanding their stock, with a particular focus on their highly sought-after Signaline linear heat detection and marine fire detection products. This expansion will ensure that the company can meet the rising demand for these critical fired detection and safety solutions, providing customers with faster access to essential products that enhance life safety and fire detection compliance in various environments.

As part of the recent upgrades, LGM Products has also unveiled a newly designed sign at their headquarters! Reflecting the company’s refreshed branding, the new sign enhances the company’s visibility and professionalism. This branding update aims to create a strong, professional impression on clients and partners, aligning with LGM Products’ strategic growth and modernization efforts.

Once operational, the enhanced warehouse capacity will support LGM Products’ expanding product range and customer base, positioning the company for continued growth and success.
