LGM products, a leading global supplier of specialist fire detection products, has been rapidly growing over the last 5 years and moved to larger headquarters and warehousing in January 2023.
As part of our investment into the operations of LGM, Geanina Sarmaru was appointed our new Operations Manager this summer.
Although not from the fire industry Geanina brings to LGM a wealth of operational and manufacturing experience from the pharmaceutical sector. Thereby, possessing the knowledge and understanding of the importance of approvals and certification requirements of industrial standards.
Originally from Romania, Geanina moved to the UK six years ago and lives local to LGM in Church Crookham.
Geanina said ‘’I am delighted to have joined LGM. I have joined a vibrant and committed team with an expanding customer base and from New Zealand to New Foundland! I am excited by the rate of growth and what I can bring to the team to ensure LGM’s customers continue to receive the highest level of service they have become accustomed too.’

As many of you would have seen, instead of the standard cooperate photo, we like to assign our team a Lego mascot representing them and their personality.
Away from work Geanina is a petrol head! She has a very nice Mercedes which is always the shiniest in car in the car park and she is hoping to get her motorbike license shortly.
Therefore, we have got her the female motorcycle character.
