ISO9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management systems.
The standard delineates a series of criteria an organization needs to fulfill in order to showcase its capability in consistently delivering products and services that align with customer needs and adhere to relevant regulations.
To attain certification, the organization must undergo an impartial external audit conducted by an accredited certification body, which evaluates the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) against the stipulated requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
LGM products first achieved this accreditation in 2015. Each year LGM is re-audited to ensure the upkeep and adherence to the standard by an external auditor from certification body ISOQAR.
LGM is proud to announce that this year’s audit took place on 16th February 2024 and was passed with flying colours – ISOQAR passed LGM without a single non-conformance or advisory.
