The Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse facility ensuring efficient utilisation of resources, optimising processes and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve operational excellence.
Based at our HQ in Church Crookham the successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Director’s of LGM.
