It has been busy and exciting times at LGM in the last few years! 8 years of back to back growth has seen us busting at the seems of our current warehouse facility in Farnham, UK.
Which is why in the summer of 2019 we decided to do a complete warehouse overhaul!
And when I say complete – I mean it! When LGM chooses to do something we do it properly!
So August 2019 saw us completely gut our warehouse and move into a temporary facility. We then installed a new automatic warehouse shutter door, new emergency exit, new product racking, new pallet racking, new dispatch terminal, new packing desk and new goods in desk as well!
On top of that, as we continue to invest in our Signaline range, we have also installed a brand new reeling machine to provide our linear detection customers quicker turnarounds on reeled cable lengths.
We even re-painted the floor!
All this investment has lead to a 30% increase capacity of our available racking space. Meaning we can further increase stock quantities and range ensuring more orders can be fulfilled in the same day.
